BEWARE! THIS MAN WILL DESTROY YOUR HOME 4/2/24 Update: I looked on CSLB, Erik is not a licensed plumber from the research I conducted. 4/4/24 Update: Thanks for the note Erik! Please post our written contract to back-up what you're saying is true or whether you're making everything up ... again Prior to Erik we had a well running water system that had proper hot and cold water. We previously had Erik over for some simple jobs that he did alright with. We thought this would be another simple job, however, we weren't prepared for what happened next. We asked Erik to simply move the washer and dryer lines from one wall to the other. What happened next was unbelievable. He cut our main water line that was buried in cement without first asking permission. He then used a jack hammer to drill into our floor. Allowing him to proceed after cutting the main water line was the biggest mistake. Erik began jackhammering and damaged the main out water line. Despite the pipe being underground, and him jackhammering into concrete, Erik said "the pipe was already like that". Erik kept jackhammering and made a 6' x 1' moat in our house (see in pictures). The moat he made, which he kept explaining had a purposes, unsurprisingly, in the end, was not used for anything ... There are no pipes, no runoffs, no valves in the enormous moat he dug. During this time: -Erik connected pipes together through walls that lead to nothing -The first night, Erik disconnected our main water completely -The second night, Erik connected the main water line directly to the hot water heater, bypassing the shut-off valves which allowed for only boiling hot water to come out of the taps -On the third and final night Erik somehow managed to mess up the project so badly, we had cold water coming out of our hot water pipes There are so many more issues and damage this man caused to our house including completely cutting off the water to a hose pipe OUTSIDE that wasn't even related to this project. This man is horrible. He kept insisting on staying, saying he "could finish the work and it's just a little more", but it was complete nonsense. We felt pressured to pay Erik just to get him and his stuff out of our house. Oh, and all this was confirmed by our contractor and plumber who came the next day and fixed all of Erik's 3-day mess in a few hours. Do not use this man. You will end up getting yourself in trouble.

I woke up on the weekend and heard a rapidly developing leak in my master bedroom wall . When I checked the other side of the wall in the adjoining room I found the carpet soaked through. We needed help fast and the YouTube videos made me think this DIY project was going to be a nightmare. However, Erik responded and came to our home right away. He knew exactly what to do and was very professional. He fixed the leak quickly and did a thorough quality check that gave us piece of mind. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. Thanks Erik!

I'm sorry that you feel that way ,all work dry wall being cut out to run a new water line to your water heater was approved to be done, you failed to mention most of the drywall missing is on the wall you were having removed which had the main water line in it that had to be removed otherwise you would have a pipe sticking up in the middle of your new bathroom remodel, the pipes you said had now valves where intended for future use to supply water to the heater that you wanted moved outside eventually so they were capped off leading outside ,your emotions of the drywall lead to you rushing me me to be done and I wasnt given the change to hook everything up like we intended on doing ,when pipes are being moved 15+ feet there is going to be drywall that has to cut out I appreciate your feedback you did leave out many details of the project wish you would have talked to me while I was there instead of waiting till the end when you were upset I could have shown pics of reroutes so you could see what to expect hope your remodel works out like you wanted it have a good day
