Plaza Realtors 29 Palms

Warning. Dont pay the 40 dollar "application fee" I paid this and then called to find out they already accepted another application. So they leave these properties up there to cash in on all the application fees. Then when I ask about how ethical this is she back tracks and says "well they arent approved yet, yours was denied first" and proceeded to have an attitude. Just shady

I honestly think they done an amazing job helping me threw the pandemic the lies about plaza realtors should stop not only do they reply they didn’t just take my application fee I got approved

This is a great reality company! They always get back to me in a timely manner. If I have any issues they resolve them as soon as possible. The office staff is extremely professional and friendly. I always refer my friends and family to them. They do their best and always follow through.

Glad they did refund my money back into my account when they refused several times and made me jump through hoops to try and talk to the appropriate person. Stephanie was vry kind in the end and granted a refund. Thank you
