Mauricio is super responsive to calls, texts and emails and is always available to help. He has great communication skills and great energy. I have received feedback from clients and they are always so grateful to have connected with him because he is able to answer all their questions, explain anything and everything that can be tricky to understand, and he's able to help guide and support clients throughout the entire process, including those who may not be immediately qualified. He can develop a plan to help clients work towards their homeownership goals and he believes in providing comprehensive assistance and ensuring that each client has a clear roadmap to follow.
