I trained at Undefeated Boxing in Upland, CA for approximately two months under the guidance of Chino. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the gym it's immaculate and well-maintained, which is important for a training space. Chino, my trainer, is undoubtedly a skilled and experienced coach when it comes to teaching the art of boxing. Throughout my time there, he patiently guided me through the techniques and nuances of the sport. If you're looking to learn how to box, Chino is an excellent choice. However, I had some weight loss goals in mind when I started, and one-on-one training with Chino didn't particularly help me shed pounds. It was more focused on honing my boxing skills than on weight loss. So, if you're primarily seeking weight loss, you might want to supplement your training with other activities and a personalized diet plan. In summary, Undefeated Boxing is a top-notch facility with a dedicated trainer in Chino for those interested in learning boxing. Just be sure to align your expectations with your fitness goals.
