First day I went to visit my boyfriend I saw roaches . His apartment was never cleaned . I literally just paid 300. To have some one sanitize his place . Very disappointed not to mention the amenities didnt work and have never been fixed . I was told there was no maintenance man so I sent an email asking if I could pay for the stuff myself and fix it and received nothing.. ive never lived in a place where things were allowed to be broke for over six months .

If you want to see giant piles of trash due to the compactor constantly being broken, if you want to wait actual months for small work orders to get completed, if you want your car tires stolen or slashed, if you like mice/roaches in your bedroom, if you LOVE random water shut offs due to tree roots, then hidden creek is the place for u!! (Don't worry, they'll give each unit TWO small water bottles if they shut the water off all day so you can flush your toilet half way)

kaylan the leasing agent was so helpful and polite, she could answer any and every question i had no matter what they were. she made finding me my first apartment a breeze and took all the worry out of it for me. i will definitely be recommending her to my friends and family when the time comes to it. shes very good at her job

Water is shut off multiple times a month, things are left broken. Maintanence staff is great, but there are not enough of them and they're not paid enough.
