The service here is awful. Little to no staff. Terrible at time management a fill took 2hrs. A walk in was told 10 min wait. It was 45 mins. She complained. Another walk in was taken before her. At the time of payment I let the front desk know how poorly managed the service was. A nail tech decided to step in and correct me for the complaint. She started a scene in the salon by arguing with me. This place is the worst.

Went here on 6/29/23 and the next day 6/30/23 I had two nails that completely came off! I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I have never had a gel manicure come off the very next day!! Wish I could get my money back!!!! I wrote this review on 7/1/23 at 11am and it is 6pm same date and the all are gone! WITHOUT ME TRYING TO PEEL OFF! Look at how healthy my nails look after theyve come off! If youve ever gotten gel nails and picked them off they are hard to peel off and your nail is all messed up! By far the worst gel manicure I have had!!!

I just stepped out of the salon and looked at my toe nails with my glasses. Such a bad application of nail polish. If it were my business and my employees I would be embarrassed to provide such a service and take people's money.
