        Great products and even better customer service. My torque wrench socket holder ball fell out and wouldn't keep them on the wrench. Carlos and the customer service yeam response was quick, professional, and positive experience. My wrench was 35 YEARS OLD. Unbelievably, a replacement was sent in a week. A+

        Mediocre quality tools. Poor customer service, difficult to contact. Warranty claims require proof of purchase but try keeping a piece of receipt paper for a few years. Most tool brands/retailers have a no questions asked, no receipt required warranty policy. Do it right and spend a little more money the first time on a different brand.
