image The room was great, and the location couldn't be beat! The pool was tempting, but unless you're a polar bear, it might be a bit chilly. Their shop prices were a bit of a shock, but thankfully there's a gas station for emergency snacks, a coffee shop to fuel your adventures, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance (including the ever-reliable McDonald's).

image I'm a gold member and stay at a Hilton every other week. I wanted to check in early and they had rooms available, but they wanted to charge me $75. I don't care about the money, my company pays for it, but the fact that they are trying to charge me when I stay at a Hilton hotel every other week is upsetting. Also two weeks ago I checked in even earlier at the double tree in chatsworth and they let me check in with no charges. Should've just said you didn't have any rooms available. This is likely my last stay with Hilton as I'm going to switch to Marriott for rewards.

image When u walked inside the building, it looked so clean and organized BUT there's a mixture of scent, like the chemical they use to "clean" the place & like dirty laundry or stinky feet or like a dead rat. It's really pungent , no one will miss it. Guests are coming in & out an no acknowledgment at all from the front desk/concierge. When we get to the room, the smell is the same, even the sheets are stinky. I had to call front desk to ask for assistance and to possibly change sheets or better yet room. The lady in the heavier set, said she will inform her manager. Alicia Alcantar the manager has no customer service skills! (Her uniform are dirty too, had a stain on upper left side ) she has no etiquette or social skills at all. She said theres nothing she can do without hearing my side, I mean considering she supposedly is the person in charge but she definitely just shut us down, not willing to help. I can now see why it's okay at this place to be rude to guests. Alicia the manager that leads is unprofessional, snobby director of operations. She doesnt have the other Hilton attitude. They need some customer service training to be honest. Our heater in our room wasnt working too, and theres no warm water from the shower so I had to call front desk again.. this is just a bad crazy experience over all. This Hilton Branch is a no go for sure! From the building, the staff and the amenities all sucks!

Rooms: Room is fetid, fusty, malodorous!!!!!!

image Right next to the Superchargers. Tonight there was American Red Cross blood drive. Awesome. Best reason to visit - giving blood (and charging the car.)

image Came here earlier in February the service was on point as well as the rooms are beautiful. In the morning the sun shine through the window and reminds me of home. They do not have continental breakfast so you have to pay for breakfast.
The concerning part of it is when we arrived we were on the 2nd floor and decided to take the elevator. The permit to operate the elevator and inspection is expired by a year! We heard weird sound each time we took it so we took the stairs.
Overall everything is amazing except the elevator. 4 stars.
Food & drinks: You have to pay for breakfast. It's not free.
