Don't bother using them, they are unethical and perform the scope of the work without consulting with the City Of Santa Clarita, resulting in a disapproval from them and having to tear out thousands of dollars' worth of work after inspection failed.

We found SCV from a neighbor referral and also saw their advertisement placards all over the neighborhood.  We spoke to Nick and Greg and they came over to do an onsite consultation of the backyard, Greg go us the first render of our idea some time later.  He was really good about edits and tweaks to maximize our backyard space and we settled on a design and were put in the queue.. Now we did have to wait a while to get started, but we knew that and Nick or Greg was good about keeping us updated on start date and ended up starting a bit early.  Where SCV was way about the rest of our bids was actual construction time, they FLY through it, when they say 8-10 weeks, it's really 8-10 weeks, we had friends that used someone else and it took 4 months to get their pool done.  The onsite formen, Eric and Brian are on top of things, quick to answer questions or concerns, we were never in the dark.  The crews who did work were always nice and mindful about our kids and dogs, the site was never a mess.  Any issues that came up were resolved quickly and fixed.  I would use them again anytime.

I heard about SCV on my community page. neighbors in my community spoke highly about their work so my husband and decided to give them a call. after meeting Nick and Greg we knew we were in good hands. SCV is not cheap but you get what you pay for. The SCV crew were all highly professional, clean, helpful, and finished in a timely manner. We love our backyard/ front yard. We plan on having a pool built in a few years and will definitely be reaching out to SCV again.

I don't normally write reviews,  but Nick, Greg,  Brian and the rest of the guys deserve this.  I remodeled my entire front and backyard and went with SCV Landscaping.  Nick and Greg came out and were awesome! They were friendly,  proffesional and had great ideas.  I had some unique ideas I wanted in the design and they figured out how to make it happen.  For the rest of the design,  I left in Greg's hands.  When he sent me the 3d drawings,  it was more than I hoped for. Before the project started , Brian,  the project manager, came out and told me he was running the job.  I liked how these guys communicate,  that's very important for me.  Brian knew his job well! He knew what was expected and had answers to my questions and was always available. When the crews started,  they were some of the friendliest people I've ever worked with. They took pride in their work and were always respectful and clean. When the job was completed,  it was more than expected.  Landscaping is the biggest part of your home.  If you want it done right and an awesome experience along the way,  use SCV Landscaping.

This company begins your landscaping before it's actually approved from the Architectural Committee of your HOA! This is per our HOA!!! They had the audacity to have my previous Review REMOVED and this is why we never hired them! What a Shady Company they are!
