Been using professional tax services for years. They have always done a very professional job for filing taxes and providing legal deductions. Very happy with their service. I would recommend.

As the tax deadline approached, I sent multiple emails asking for the status of my filing - all were ignored. I had to make a trip to their office to find out that the filing had not been done. It left me scrambling to file an extension for the first time ever and to find an accountant who would prepare my filing. An email asking them to delete my documents from their system received a rude response telling me to do it myself (which was not possible). If you are going to have "professional" in your name, you certainly owe potential clients better treatment.

So we are new customer and we had disappointing experience. Maybe Damon and his team are great but for existing customers, not for new new customers.Issues we faced:1. Their price is not the cheapest but we decided to move forward since we heard they do a good job and they answer questions year round. 2. Very slow to communicate. I had to send multiple reminders to hear back.3. After all the waiting, Damon responded, provided me a few time slots, we agreed and got the appointment. We stopped by yesterday to face a dark and closed office! Sorry Damon, even if your services are the best, lack of time management and valuing your customers' time doesn't make it worth while.

Last year, on a recommendation from a friend I went to Damon. He decided I didn't need to file. I knew my circumstances would be different this year, so he told me to drop off copies and he'd let me know. I did, and sent him an email to let him know a couple of things, ask a couple of questions, and make it easier for him to respond. It's going on 2 weeks now, and he hasn't even replied. I guess I start looking again.
