        I've made many purchases here but my last experience was super upsetting. I purchased a product and was mislead by its functionality. Once I had opened the product and inspected it(a spreader bar that doesn't spread or collapse) which is not what I wanted. It wasn't used i barely opened the box and plastic packaging. The employees told me all sales final, no store credit, nothing. The employee who sold it to me didn't even pull the product out of the box before hand to show me the functionality. I would of never purchased that spread bar had I known it didn't spread out or collapse in. Shame on you for taking my money and the unkind customer service, I will never spend another dime and definitely don't mind leaving vallejo to go to another store.
