Bruno Versaci Real Estate

Just saw this YouTube video by Bruno Versaci about repairing credit, since I've been playing with my credit lately, he offered a good idea to minimize personal information on a credit report, I'm going to try it in Canada as it could only help in future. Any ideas towards credit and taxes are worth watching even if the laws don't apply in my country, it still gives me ideas outside the box. Thanks.

I own a real estate photography business and know about 800+ agents that are clients of mine. When it came time to purchasing a home I reached out to Bruno directly, couldn't have been happier!. He's kind of like a one stop shop. Once I told him I was ready to buy he referred me to his loan broker. Unlike a lender, his broker shopped my loan around to many different lenders and found me the best possible rate, the process was very smooth. The market was really hot when I bought but Bruno took the time to drive around with me and we looked at homes for sale in a few different cities within Solano county. I ended up finding the home I wanted and we made an offer. Bruno was great at building a rapport with the listing agent getting my offer accepted. He negotiated a short rent back so the previous owners could move out comfortably, but as I was moving in we noticed a hole in the wall that wasn't there. Bruno took the precaution to hold a $1000 deposit from the seller "just in case" something were to happen on the way out. Although rare, it did happen and a portion of that deposit took care of repairing the hole. Good looking out from Bruno! So if you're looking for a real estate agent who knows a lot about the area, someone who goes above and beyond, someone who is aggressive but fair, and someone who will show you 1,000,000 homes until you find the one you want (without complaining) Bruno is the one! Highly recommended!

Our family used Brunos services as a realtor when we needed to purchase a mobile home for our mother at the time. Mobile homes a bit different to work with than single family homes and theres a bit more involved like applying for the park, age limits, restrictions etc. and Bruno helped with all the paperwork and disclosures making everything clear and simplifying the process as best as possible. We ran into a slight issue with the water heater and when I said I wanted the seller to repair the heater or I wont buy it, Bruno negotiated for the seller to deliver the property with the heater completely repaired and in move in ready condition. There are many East Bay real estate agents, but if you need a knowledgeable mobile home real estate agent, we believe that Bruno is one of the best qualified east bay realtors out there - especially if youre looking for a top Bay Point real estate agent.

Yes.. I would highly recommend Bruno if youre looking to buy or sell a home in the San Francisco Bay area and he is one of the best bay area real estate agents. The thing about Bruno is that he loves serving people ... even if youre not buying or selling a home. Im currently not in the market But this will help me be ready very soon!.. I saw that Bruno had put a video out on how you can quickly increase your credit score by simply sending out a few letters to the credit bureaus on credit repair. The video was amazing! It's clear, concise and with easy step-by-step instructions on using an excellent credit repair strategy. Not only was it an excellent tutorial on step-by-step credit repair, I can see how it could work for anyone if youre a first time home buyer in the San Francisco Bay Area.
