        The serviceman was professional and quick. He quoted $400 for a 30 minute service. He finally adjusted to $250 which I thought was high, but he was in and out in 30 minutes from the start of working. This was not an emergency call. Price gouging is everywhere. No quote or price range on the initial call. Service: Drain cleaning

        I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their dispatcher answered promptly -- on a holiday Sunday! -- and had a technician out to us within the hour. Francisco was polite, fast and effective. The company did not charge us extra for a last-minute, Sunday call. I hope not to have to use them again, but I'd call them in a heartbeat if I did. Services: Drain cleaning, Outdoor plumbing system repair

      I'm sorry to hear you did not have the best experience. We do not give the cost of service on the initial phone call. What we do is send a technician out at no charge to evaluate your issues. This allows us to give you an accurate cost of our services with no confusion, as well as not having to adjust the cost upon arrival due to information not available while on the phone. Wouldn't you agree this is the most fair for you?We pride ourselves on our expertise and ability to solve almost any issues our Customer's have, as well as our Customer service and our warranties. We equip our technicians with everything we can to ensure they have the tools necessary to handle any challenges our Customer's homes throw at them. All of this goes into our pricing and more. There are times, such as yesterday, that we can justify lowering our costs if an issue is exceptionally easy to fix, and you were the beneficiary of this circumstance. Have a great day.
