As a single, female, first-time homebuyer, I was pretty intimidated by the never ending hurdles that come with purchasing a home. The mobile notary  who came to my home for the final signing, Alicia Williams, was incredibly thoughtful and took her time in explaining everything that I needed to sign. I appreciated her thoroughness and patience in describing next steps and clarifying questions as they arose. Additionally, I appreciated her extra conscientious approach to COVID safety (she brought her own sanitizer and made sure we both sanitized anytime we touched anything - ie. I pulled my hair back into a bun and she asked that I please re sanitize before continuing. I respect that). All in all, Alicia made a long and stressful procedure bearable.

Terrible!!They just ripped us off with $75 charge to check the shower problem  we have in our master bedroom.

Consistently amazing. Consistent is the key here. I am a Real Estate agent and have used Old Republic, this branch, for all of my clients without a preference and my clients have never had someone complain. The common comment I get is that they are so kind and they make signing a breeze.  I've also used ORTC on my personal transactions and sincerely appreciate the great customer service.  Particularly from Diana Flores, Mei Wang, Kelly Dillingham, Mark Gamba and recently retired, Jeff Holder.

This is the title company that was used on buying my new home, and selling my old home.I can't say enough about how great this company  is.  They were so kind and considerate with me.  They helped me with all of the issues I needed help with and always with a smile and kind words.I would absolutely only use their title company if I buy or sell again !!!
