Great food, unfortunately customer service is severely lacking. Charged $160 for 10 meals that were never delivered; when I reached out about this, nobody even responded to me nor refunded me for meals that never arrived. Great food only matters if it's delivered. There are many other great meals prep services in the area with better communication who notify you when your food arrives and respond if any issues arise.

What a great service! I've tried others but was always disappointed by the lack of taste, poor presentation, and not enough food. I randomly found Klean LA, and based on reviews, I tried it. Wow! So happy I did. The food presentation is great. The meals are packed well and look healthy and home cooked. Everything has tasted delicious. You get a good variety of foods and the portions are big enough to fill me up. The meals are also really easy to transport. So convenient. My husband and I are both using it. He is 6'5" tall and the macro balanced meals keep even him satisfied. Service great so far. We really, really like it. I'm spreading the word. This is a good one!

I'm beyond impressed with Klean LA. This is my first time trying a meal delivery service and I was feeling hesitant about it. I've heard mixed reviews about people's experiences. So I did a lot of research and ended up going with Klean LA. I am so glad that I did!! First of all -- the food is so good. I genuinely enjoy each and every meal. And they're filling too. I don't find myself getting hungry throughout the day like I thought I would. Secondly -- the customer service is excellent. Email seems to be the best way of contacting the company -- they were quick to reply to all of my inquiries and just as quick to resolve the one or two hiccups that occurred. Lastly -- I'd like to give a special thank you to Kiki, the Founder & CEO. She was kind enough to reply to most of my emails personally and is just such a lovely human being. If you're looking for a meal delivery service in LA, look no further. This is the one you want.

OVE! LOVE!
I'm so bummed they do not deliver to Chicago.
I've tried out many meal delivery services and Klean LA is by far the best. Fresh, taste just like a home-cooked meal. Full of flavor in every bite. The meals never tasted processed or as though they may have gone through a factory line.
I will miss you!!
