    The worst building administration you can get for a high price. Laundry broken for more than 3 months and the manager just give us excuses. Even smaller and cheaper building around the area have more usable and advanced laundries than here. If you need any repair in cabinets, forget it. They just say that there's no parts to repair. There's just one elevator to attend the P2 and it's very lazy (it doesn't work on weekends). During the move in, the apartment has been delivered dirty, balcony was completely unclean and disgusting and nobody cared about that, even after the manage being contacted. His answered was: I will provide someone to verify it and that's all. Well, think twice when leasing anything here =) Update: It looks like a joke but its not. LAUNDRY STILL DOESNT WORK HERE LOL.. ALMOST A YEAR TO REPAIR IT

    Please do not rent here. Even if you want to give this place the benefit of the doubt and see yourself if the negative reviews are true, please dont, you will save yourself tons of headaches. Because all these reviews are in fact 100% true. Im only giving 1 star because I have to, to leave a review or else it would be zero. I lived here for almost 4 years and I finally moved out. I stayed dealing with everything way longer than what I expected but I respected my contract. Laundries have never worked for these years, for the past 1 year they have not worked at all and when they did, they would work for like 2 days and then stopped and management would just blame the tenants, with the amount of non functional facilities you would think it would be the machines. For the price they ask for rent you can live in another decent apartment that has laundry in unit now in days or at least a decent kept laundry facility. This inconvenience is major. The elevators are never working, mainly the front main one, I have gotten stuck in there 3 times with a 15-20 min period of time with others. And other times theres always a sign that its not working, the way my apt was located I would have to walk even more to get to my apt from parking. One of the BBQ grills has never worked has never been fixed so only 1 works and its always a hassle when you want to enjoy the pool and bbq but others are already using that 1 functional one. If you get amazon delivered at your door in this place I have gotten my packages stoles 3 times. There is something with however the water gets heated because theres always issues with no hot water being available and or they are always having to turn off the water to fix something leaving tenants with no hot water and or no water at all for days at times. Apartments are not kept clean and or it takes forever to get them cleaned up. Throw up will be on the floor for days, elevators and halls are not mopped and the staircase smells like urine and feces, they have never cleaned them. Worst part, management is not up to quality of what the apts look and for what the high prices are. No one is ever in the office, they dont pick up calls and dont answer back to emails none in a timely manner or not at all. Only good thing of this place is the nice Mai tan e guy. For the price and look, do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere where your money is worth but not here.

    This isnt okay at for a building to do this! This is the second time this year that upper management has blocked my echeck option and now i cant pay rent online. Why would they do that a day before rent is due? When i try emailing them about this, i get ghosted! Its not okay to be put through a run around! As a tenant, i feel hassled because of this and the laundry in the building not working for a year!
