    Highly recommend!! Sean and Brenna are so nice and caring! The oil change came with a super detailed review of my car with pictures and a health report. They also changed the air and cabin filter and my car is smelling fresh. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

    This is what happened. Jan. 05, 2024: I DROVE my car to Sean's Auto Care. They told me it was misfire. They initially quoted me $ 450. However, they kept adding costs. Jan 12. 2024 : Their customer representative called me that the serpentine belt and idler pulley should be replaced. My husband told me that they were taken care and did not need to be replaced. Another MISDIAGNOSIS They did many things. However, I don't think they were related to the main issues because I had to tow my car within 2 weeks after I picked up the car from them on Jan. 25, 2024. I paid $ 4540.05 on Jan. 12, 2024 and another $ 600 on Jan. 25, 2024. The total was $ 5140.05. Feb. 11, 2024 : My car stopped and would not start in the middle of nowhere ( 80 miles away from my home). Feb. 12, 2024 : The car was TOWED to Sean's Auto Care again. I spent extra five hundreds dollars for towing, hotel, and uber. When I got there, their customer representative told my husband "You should have replaced the serpentine belt and the pulley. Because of it, your car stopped " He didn't even open my hood. Feb. 13, 2024 :They told me they diagnosed but could not find the main issue. Then, they wanted me to give them the authority to test gas. They blamed a bad gas that I filled up on Feb. 11, 2024. However, it was not gas problem. Another MISDIAGNOSIS again. They changed the ignition coil that they installed on my car again but nothing happened. Another misdiagnosis again. Even though they could not find anything while diagnosing, they wanted to charge me for diagnosis and test ( gas + new ignition coil). I complained about them. After I complained about their work and charges, they stopped communicating with me after Feb. 16, 2024. Feb. 23, 2024: I visited them to see what was going on. The owner told me that they had been busy and my car was not their top priority. How dare ! I asked him "Can you fix it? Otherwise I want a refund". He said "Yes, I can fix it". I gave him another chance because he himself promised me that he would have his mechanic work on my car the next week ( Monday . Feb. 26, 2024). Nothing happened. No text, No phone call for update. March 01,2024 :I wrote the Google review, hoping that they take this issue seriously. March 04, 2024 :Their customer representative called me. I was told that they will not repair my car or refund because of my Google review. They also wanted me to pick up my car from their shop. I texted them " I am not picking up my car until you fix or refund. They insisted there were two different issues in my car. However, they could not tell me what the other issue was because they could not find it. Even if there were two separate issues on my car, they should have figured them out in the first place when I drove my car on Jan. 05, 2024. Sean wanted the third chance when my car moves from his place to Honda dealer shop. I said "no". He had already had enough time to fix it. He eventually lost my trust. No more. I am not that stupid. I figured out what kind of person he is. So no more. I fixed my car at Honda Van Nuys. They were shocked because I already spent over $ 5000 in Sean's Auto Care but the car was towed into their place. I reported this terrible incident to BAR. They recommended Sean should make refund but he refused. BAR just recommended whether or not you take their recommendations because they are not a law enforcement. One more thing, Sean blamed my husband that he used the aftermarket parts (He actually used OEM from Honda dealer).Sean said that those caused the damages. The fact ? Sean's auto care used the aftermarket parts for my car and charged a lot of money. ( more than 4 times than OEM part). When my car was towed to Honda dealer shop, the mechanic inspected and diagnosed the car. He found that Sean's auto care installed the aftermarket parts. Seriously??? Sean pretended not to use the aftermarket parts for their profits. That's lie. Totally! Please tell me about the parts that you installed in my car. Tell me about the charge that you placed for it, pretending you used the genuine parts.

    I had the best experience at Seans meeting Fredo and the guys who helped me with maintenance and inspection for my 1999 Mazda Miata. Fredo is without a doubt one of the most kind and beautiful souls youll ever meet. His energy, his presence, and communication is like no other. Fredo made sure my car was taken care of and treated it as it was his own. Great communication throughout the whole process and I didnt think I would come out of this making a new friend. :) I highly recommend you go to Seans to get your vehicle checked out/serviced. :)

We apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction you both may have encountered during your visit.At Sean's Auto Care, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. It's disheartening to learn that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion. Thank you for sending the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) out to our shop to review your dissatisfaction with us. After the BARs thorough examination of the situation, our paperwork and receipts, they did not find us at fault. I understand this greatly upsets you as you wanted money back for repairs you think were done wrong. The work we did on your wife's vehicle has held up and the latest cause of your vehicle failure was a completely separate issue which we were happy to diagnose but was declined. As we discussed multiple times, cars have many parts and systems that can wear down or break, especially on a 2007 vehicle which was not maintained properly.
