      image I appreciate that every job has its good days and bad days. This was by far the worst experience Ive had at a Wells Fargo branch. The Gellar tried her best but her manager on duty was rude, uninterested in resolving a concern, and generally not pleasant to work with. The branch was also understaffed and wait times were long.

      image I tried to open an account for the first time in this bank. Came in and I was lost, there was no greeting or guidance. This location is understaffed and too long of a line. After waiting nearly 1 hr, I was told I needed an appointment to be seen and the next availability is until 2 weeks. Unprofessional and no communication at all.
