Jim is the RUDEST! Called my company and talked as if I owed him something. Thanks but NO THANKS Jim! Looks like all the reviews are about his bad service. TERRIBLE

La Copy System has provided our copier for years and we love the Mita Kyocera. Jim gives us same day service and a great attitude.

SCARY AGGRESSIVE! This random salesman (white male with salt and pepper hair who said his name was Jim and left a flyer with all his and the company's information on it) came into my office and asked for the owner of the business. When my assistant would not introduce him to me, he got verbally aggressive. I stepped out of my office and told him that my assistant was capable of making any office decisions necessary and turned back to walk back into my office. He shouted out profanities at me and lost it as if he was out of his mind. Fortunately, a male employee of mine walked out and stopped him. The salesman threatened to punch my employee! Eventually the salesman walked out. We contacted our building leasing office to warn them and filed a police report just to make sure there was a record of what happened. Our building lease office contacted LA Copy Systems, who said the person was one of their best salespeople and hung up. Just wanted to warn anyone who comes across this person and company to beware.
