Global Dental Practice - Dr. Philomena Oboh

This dentist office consistently runs behind. They are slow and unprofessional. They schedule appointments at 9am and when you arrive the door is locked. The staff strolls in around 9:10am. The dentist is the one who does your cleaning because they are so short staffed all the time! Today after waiting 45 minutes for a cleaning I got up and asked the receptionist how much longer before my cleaning, she stated an hour! I had to get up from my seat to find that out! The office is very old and not super clean, not to mention the building smells like urine. I highly advise NOT coming here!

I dont trust them and the manager. Their prices are high and they push extra products. Doctors are nice but a second opinion with the other dentist just shows they care about backing each other more than they care about their patients. Office manager is rude and combative! The main reason I give Global a 2, lower if it wasnt for the support staff. The other front office person and nurses are pleasant. Tooth cleaning was not thorough. Maybe my last dentist spoiled me (He is no longer within my new insurances network). Office was clean however, yet it feels like a factory, with little privacy between dental seats.

I initially got my procedures done here because it was close to where I used to live. I never understood their prices though. I got my wisdom removed here plus a deep cleaning between other procedures. My insurance showed a different charge every time and things just never made sense, on top of that I had to pay out of pocket. It got weirder when they tried to tell me I needed a deep cleaning again. I had just gotten one not even two months prior, but they swore I didn't get a deep cleaning done. Like I magically imagined them numbing my whole mouth for the deep cleaning, right? When you ask the front for a breakdown, they give you this face of annoyance and it makes you feel bad for wanting to know what you are paying for. On top of that dentists walk in and out of the room rushing and it just makes the whole experience weird. I now go to another dentist where prices make sense, and I am just upset at myself for wasting so much money at global. If you are reading this, please take your time and make some research, there are very good dentists in the area.
