    Dishonest, cutthroat owner who is callous, and extremely unprofessional. They destroyed my life. The owner brought a new person to my apt. I had a very bad feeling about her, and didn't go with my gut. My father's wedding ring was gone. I knew where I put it , and told them while they were still there, about to leave . The story gets worse and worse. My laptop which was working fine before they came , had fluid inside. Completely stopped working. She cd care less. If I wd have been a weekly or biweekly customer, she would probably have done the right thing. She actually mentioned to me " Well, we haven't come to you in over a year" shocked me... I confronted them while they were still there. The owner completely backed her new worker, and said " You'll find it. Keep looking. I begged and pleaded with her over the phone to send them back to help me look. Hoping maybe the one who stole it would put it back. It only appraises for $350. to me its priceless. 100 yrs in my family. I was going to give it to my son , who would pass it down to his son. I would have , and still would pay $10,000 or more to get it back. It's not about the money. It's irreplaceable to our family. I sent her pics of my father and grandfather and begged for her to send them back. She ( The owner) backed her criminal worker, and would not. I paid them through Zelle before they left, knowing one of them had my late father's wedding ring. Our family treasure.This woman is very wealthy. She makes thousands a day , for many many years yet has no ethics, conscience, or remorse for anything her company does. I should have called police right then, before they left, but I tried my best hoping there would be some empathy from the them. There was none. Do not use this company. They work hard, but in my case took complete advantage of a senior citizen, but get paid an absolute fortune, top dollar ! I caught the owner going into zipper part of one of my purses, I walked in on her, she said " Look what I found "and held up a necklace and earring. I replied " Yes, I know they are in there. .Very scandalous owner...don't be fooled by her like I was ! Can you imagine defending one of your workers who just stole your clients treasured belonging ? Evil to the core ! This will stay with me my entire life . I look at pictures of my daddy's wedding ring , and cry knowing what happened. I trusted and believed in this woman who turned around and allowed me to be robbed ! Absolute Elder Abuse .. Be very careful ...Don't support a criminal with no integrity to do the right thing !

    I had GRB come for cleaning before I moved into my new place. The owner quoted me one hourly price, then when I told her there had been some work done she quoted me a higher price stating the price was higher for "post construction" cleaning. I explained it was only 2-weeks of mild work, such as painting and a bathroom repair. She said the price is higher because they need to do more detail and "clean the vents" etc... I again tried to tell her it was very limited work, and if the work was that much harder, they would be compensated by the increase in time it would take, since they charged by the hour. I finally agreed to the higher price. The owner texts me at 7pm the night before asking to be reminded of how many people she needed to send. On the cleaning day they cleaners didn't start until 8:45am. When they did start they were moving S-L-O-W. Seemed like there was an understanding that this was an hourly job, and no land-speed records need be broken. About 90 minutes prior to the cleaning crew actually finishing the owner texted me saying "they are almost done, I need to send you an invoice." To avoid getting overcharged I said I'd be happy to call in to make payment when they were done. The owner brashly stated, "no, before they leave." She then sent me an invoice. The cleaning ladies soon after told me they were all done and started packing up. I called the owner and told her the invoice was over-billed by 30 minutes (it was actually over-billed by 45, but was trying to give them the 15 minutes at the beginning free). She said she would adjust it and send back. Instead, she called one of the cleaners. After they hang up with the owner they said "we are going to do the floor one more time, since it was very dirty." I then immediately get a text from the owner saying "they are still working." It was so awkwardly painful. Instead of invoicing the correct amount, she just told the cleaners to re-clean an area. I then wait a little bit before paying to see if they are going to actually come close to the correct billed amount. They still had 15 mins to go (30 if you include the time the billing should have started), and I paid. Almost immediately after paying, one of the cleaners gets a text (from what I assume was the owner), and they stop and say "okay we're done." To be fair the cleaning was decent and the cleaning ladies were nice. The issue was with the owner and her clear desire to soak as much money out of clients instead of billing fairly, as well as her poor soft skills. AND, if you're stating the billing rate is higher due to a specific area that will be cleaned...you need to relay to your employees that area needs to be cleaned. This is what my vents (which was cited as the reason for the higher hourly rate) looked like after I paid almost $700 for a clean. Also, the $700 only included about 400 sqft of floor area to be cleaned, since the rest of the house's floors were covered in plastic.
