As I prepare the taxes and review some expenditures we made in the past, I am reminded of the nightmare which is Tania Gybels and Environmental Concepts. She might know plants, but she is uninformed about hardscape, electrical, low voltage and plumbing which are all elements of a significant landscaping project. Stay away from this firm. I even have an email from Tania suggesting that she be released from the contract that her firm required we execute. And, this was when the entire front yard was already torn up and demo had been completed. There were long term issues with the work this firm did: the hardscape developed many cracks and failures, the wrought iron fence deteriorated badly where it was improperly installed in the concrete wall, the sump pump (to pump water away from the home) failed repeatedly and never did function properly and finally, the $1,600 low voltage system failed and I spent several more hundred dollars replacing the defective equipment Environmental Concepts and Tania Gybels installed. Be warned, stay away if you have a significant landscaping project. If you need a few plants selected and planted, then maybe Environmental Concepts can perform the work.
