        The staff are customer oriented. They always review the work that's needed with you before starting the repairs. They always list what needs to be done in the future.

        First of all, they have very bad parking. They just never have it. You must pay for paid parking. You wait in line and are ignored. They dont help, then when they pay attention to you they tell you double the price than they promised before and the time doubles, I dont recommend it at all, very bad service.

        Service was quicker than expected and as usual staff were helpful, professional and friendly. Jesus (employee) always does a great job helping me as unfortunately I am in often for various issues. I could just take my car to Toyota but the Van Nuys Firestone is much more efficient and comfortable of a setting.
