After being readily disappointed by another plumbing company, I reached out to Andy for a toilet blockage.  He responded promptly, gave an estimate on the work, provided an ETA and showed up when he said, despite the rainy weather!  When he arrived, he assessed the issue and knew exactly what was needed to resolve it.  We'll definitely be using Andy for future work and grateful to have found such a reliable company!

Our kitchen sink was clogged, and we called several companies around 5 pm that were either unavailable until the following week or would charge a $200 additional fee to come out during non-office hours.  Andy called me right away, and said he could stop by the following morning. He then called me back, and said he can stop by that same night. The issue was more complex than expected which worried me. Andy assured me that he was going to fix the sink, and I appreciated his confidence.  He did fix the sink, and we will call Andy again for all other plumbing issues.

This company will take advantage of you. Had an emergency. They said that they'll be in an hour. Came in 2 hours. They fixed the leak. It took about 1 hour and 20min to fix. Only one guy was working. Another was sitting and doing something on his phone. They charged me for that $950! When you are a contractor, you have a choice. Their choice is to take advantage of their customers. Avoid them.Just an update in response:1. Writing me back in direct messages, threatening me to get me in trouble, is not smart.2. This was not an after-hours service call as you claimed in your responce.3  It was because of my mistake that the leak happened and you were hired and paid to fix it. Why are you blaming me? Funny. 4. You say I had to get a few quotes, and I should know about that? Really? 5. $950 with probably $20 in marerials for 1hr30min doesn't feel like a "set price."
