      How lucky that I have the history of our conversation where I only tried to explain and help you, am I going to report you to Google too for saying something that is not true, terrible service? I did my job correctly and complied with what was agreed, where is my lack of professionalism? Why does it occur to you after weeks to ask me for a copy of something that is not valid? Yours is very unfortunate.
