I was really worried about mold when we moved into our new place and realized we had mold damage in LA, sucks!. Our old apartment had a serious mold problem, and I didn't want to risk anything moving into our new home. Dependable Restoration quickly came out and did a comprehensive mold inspection. They got back to us with a full inspection report and a detailed analysis of what could cause mold growth in my home and how to avoid it. Dependable Restoration did a great job with my mold removal leak in LA. They were able to come out and inspect quickly and provide a quote. The team was great to work with - very communicative and professional. They got the job done quickly and were helpful in giving me advice on how to prevent mold in the future. I was extremely pleased with the service and communication with this Dependable Restoration water restoration company. The crew was great, and the price was very reasonable. Great service, great company. The team was fantastic. They did all the work that was needed (plumbing, repair of the wall, etc.) and they did all the mold remediation that needed to be done. They are very affordable and they work very quickly as well as help with the insurance company. It was wonderful working with you, and would do it again.

I called other water damage companies in Los Angeles, and all the prices were ridiculous. It's never fun to deal with water damage, let alone the need to spend money to repair it. But Dependable Restoration is very reasonable. But these guys do their work for reasonable prices. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs water damage restoration services for their home or business.

I called Dependable Restoration for my mother disengenious claimed my mother's insurance company hired to clean mold in my mother's house. I spoke to the representative of Dependable Restoration for a quote , I was told Dependable Restoration will bill the insurance company. After the work Dependable Restoration billed my mother an astronomical amount and put a lien on her house. Dependable Restoration left holes in my mother's house and never repair even after countless calls.
