Booked a tour on a whim. Even though it was over the phone, the leasing agent Katie, was still a great job. She was very knowledgeable about the units and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. There was a complication with move in dates and she provided me with alternatives in case I wanted to change properties. Would definitely recommend

Jonathan is such a pleasure to talk to and my favorite person here! He is always very helpful and so nice to talk to. I appreciate the help and care he takes when speaking with us. I have lived here for 4 years and actually really love this place! The maintenance guys are great and really attentive, especially Stevie. My only real complaint is that we cannot change our parking spaces. I have one right next to a big trash bin and residents dont really take care when throwing their trash away and there is a lot of trash left in and near our spot and sometimes we get blocked in from others leaving their trash in asking and from people moving the smaller trash cans behind our cars or in our spot and also hitting our new cars with trash cans. Then there are the birds that come and remove trash from the bins and so graciously drop off discarded food and condiments all over our cars. This parking space has actually ruined the paint on 2 of our previous cars and we have brand new cars and are very concerned about the paint being destroyed again. If something could be done to cover the bins so the birds cant get into them that would be fantastic! If we could move our uncovered space away from the bins, that would be better. But other than that, its a really nice place to live.
