        I really thought I could trust these people. I took my car in for a tuneup, and I got some spark plugs and a quart of oil for $300! They didnt even check for existing problems outside of my tires. Im done with them!

      Hi Carrie, Sorry that you feel that we didn't inspect your vehicle for "existing" problems while it was here. If I recall, you had requested new spark plugs. We had inspected the vehicle and made these recommendations: Front tires & alignment (due to edge wear), Left front wheel bearing (very noisy!), Front tie rod ends (worn causing play), Rear shocks (recently replaced but sticking on rebound rebound), Rear coil spring spacers to help with extra load capacity. The total amount of the Invoice was $232.50. If you are experiencing "drivability" issues after the spark plug replacement. Please call, so that we can take a look. Thank you, Jason Martin
