Pacific Western Bank

First experience at this location. I had an interaction with two different tellers. Both were rather rude and unprofessional. One wouldn't engage with me after I stood in her line for 3 minutes. While she wasn't busy...simply ignoring me. The other claimed I didn't have an existing account. Which I do! Had to call my hometown branch for them to verify. After which the second teller requested my social security number and then repeated it to me out loud for all hear, which could comprise my personal information. If I could rate them a zero. I would!

ZERO STARS! This is the worst bank EVER!! Watch your money, your livelihood, your savings, your retirement, watch your back!! We were in a lawsuit and lost- only because of STUPID attorneys worded the lawsuit incorrectly (straight from the judges mouth). The other party got a judgement against us for their attorney fees and put a lien on our building, where we have had our business for over 30 years. Although, NEVER missing a mortgage payment or EVER being late on a payment for over 10 years! Pacific Western Bank not only did they not want to work things out(add amount to balance of mortgage or something- anything!) but, they went against us. They paid the lien holder (charged us over 3 times the amount of lien they paid), formed an LLC- CHARGED US FOR IT, by adding it into their attorney fees. Bought, took, stole, back doored our property with the LLC they had formed (LLC formed by an officer of the banks corporation mind you)DO NOT TRUST PACIFIC WESTERN BANK- THEY ARE NOT LOYAL TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

They are the worst bank ! The general manager called me and started harassing me questioning my deposits from Venmo and cash apps she said she wanted to know who was sending me & why was I getting daily deposits and large amounts of deposits she advice me that she had never seen so many deposits sometimes even 26 deposits in 1 day .... I adviced her that I was & barber & and also took donations for my paintings that I donate to hospitals and retirement homes ... the general manager at the Camarillo location laughed at me and advice me to take my paintings to her and she wanted to see my work ..? It baffles me that i have to deal with this nonsense I told her that she should work for the Ventura county sheriff home security instead or maybe she should be a sniff dog for the Los Angeles airport..... she called me 2 days later because I did not take proof of my art work and told me she had a cashiers check ready for me and she had closed my account !!!!!!!!!!! From my understanding i thought she work for me and Im suppose to feel safe having a bank account please donot bank with Pacific western bank !!!! Love always My paintings are the best !
