I went in with my mother to open a checkings account and the older woman that helped us kept insisting on needing my mothers green card even after letting us know her manager told her we didnt need it present. At another Chase the forms of I.D. we had were fine they were just super busy so we came to this one. I decided to open the account online instead because I do believe this is a great bank but that experience was very uncomfortable. The teller that assisted us after was very kind and helpful. If it wasnt for the first experience with the other worker I would have given this Chase 5 stars.

Personal Banker name Muhammad was very rude. He didn't try to understand my situation and made it sound like I was wrong. The awful part was that he interfered with me regarding my business despite his complete lack of knowledge regarding taxes. Also, the last time I tried to send money out of the country I had an argument with him. I like Chase, but I will never use his services again. Talking to him is very stressful because he never listens to me.
