Subpar service, overpriced gas, overpriced goods. Says they dont accept cigarette coupons when American spirit website says they do. Avoid at all costs, go to the chevron just up the road instead.

Wonderful place. I prefer Shell gas, so I come to this one in Ventura because its most convenient. I can use my Ralphs points more than once, too, or so Ive just realized. However, the owner is the reason for this review. Ive been meaning to wash my car after a cross-country drive and many, many miles for work since I got here. I havent decided to stop and take the time until just now, but the car wash wasnt working. Tired and frustrated, I went in to seek help, and I very quickly changed my tune after realizing how sweet and helpful the owner of this establishment is. I will be certain to use ONLY this Shell station unless I absolutely need to use another one. I appreciate the kindness and patience after my own rough week, and its a reminder to myself that there are good, understanding people in the world who are willing to help.
