Joined this gym for about 6 months and had a great time learning new skills. Coaches care about your progression and alter lessons to fit your ability level. Very fun environment with quality people. Highly recommend!

Training at Progressive has brought so much balance and strength back into my life. All of the coaches are there because they truly love the sport and wanna see people get better. Classes may be tough but the feeling after is the most pure dopamine you will ever find. Great Training. Great Training Partners. Great Vibe.

No better place to start. Coach Ben and Mark make every practice fun even though you learn throughout the whole class. They never make anyone feel left out of anything and the way they coach will set you up for many challenges that you will face in the future. Love that place!

Great Place! The head instructor is a really good guy with a strong mix martial arts background. More, he's welcoming, takes time to listen and teach and is a very chill guy. It's a smallish gym, but a great place!
