Ive been a member since January 13, 2014! Im so frustrated with the whole organization I know the owner has Ventura and Oxnard locations! To book a massage is 3 weeks away every time! Now they just called my husband to say someone cancelled there was a 1:15 available. He told me and said yes they hung up on him. I called back and they gave it to someone else. I currently have 9 credits! Totally need better managing. I asked to have manager to call me we will see how long that takes. So disappointing

Receptionist only: Jacky said she had no printing capabilities to print a gift receipt only email. I asked if she read the error code the printer displays. She said no. I asked if there was a manager to help her fix the printer. She said no. I asked if she tried turning the printer off and on. She said she already told me what she was capable of doing only emailing receipt. I asked so you are incapable of turning on and off the printer. She said yes. I asked do you mind if I check your printer? She said I couldn't go back there. I gave her my email and had to repeat again slowly. Please train your associates to problem solve simple printer issues or have a manager present to help Jacky.
