David Valle - Mortgage Lender

I contacted Mr Valle back on October 7th 2023 looking to re-fi a second on my Property in Ventura County. 20 Acres with around 3 to 4 Million of equity. Only was looking for about 3 to 500 thousand. David said no problem. I can get anything done. Went round and round for months. Always had to contact him with slow response and results. He took all of our sensitive information for credit checks. Promised multiple times on getting a lender out to see the homes and Property. Week after week had to keep asking what was the delay. Many times just asked if we could get it done or not so I could move on of he couldnot do it. Here we are in January 2024 and he just stopped answering my calls and texts 3 weeks ago. Concerned he has all my information and blew me off. Complete waste of 3 months of my time and looking elsewhere for financial help. He calls himself the shark? More like a goldfish. I have bought, re-fied, many many properties in my 53 years. Never ever seen a lender this poor in customer service and an out right waste of time.

Working with David was a breeze! He is so kind and helpful. Our re-fi was complicated but he was so kind to call it "multi layered". David always returns calls and emails in a timely manner. He works with very professional associates who are equally diligent. Never flustered, always on task and willing to go the extra mile for us is what we will always be thankful for. Without David, I would still be looking at a computer screen trying to figure out how to re-fi with our prior mortgage carrier! I give him a 10 of 10 possible, David Valle is the best to work with!!

David was fantastic to work with! He went above and beyond to get our loan closed. We met with him about 6 months before we purchased a home, we weren't quite able or ready when we first met him, others had turned us away, but he took the time to put us on a plan. He was honest, always took my calls and questions and worked with us to get us approved and ready to purchase. I have and will continue to recommend David.

As first-time home buyers, my partner and I were totally clueless about the mortgage process going into it. In fact, we werent even planning to start shopping for a house until we talked with David and asked general questions about mortgages. He explained the entire process from start to finish in such a digestible manner that we decided to start shopping and were lucky enough to have an offer accepted on a home in a few weeks. During the escrow process, David was in constant communication with us and our realtor, keeping us up to date on every minute detail and answering all of our questions along the way. We knew the escrow process would be stressful, especially with a 21 day deadline, but it would have been many times worse with someone less communicative and proactive. We closed in 21 days, no problem. I highly recommend David, especially if youre new to this process!
