Very nice store in terms of aesthetics, however unwelcoming and underwhelming employee personalities. The employees seem to be untrained or new in customer service, gossiping and talking amongst each other while in the middle of helping their customers. I didn't see any manager presence ensuring a directional, organized work environment. I entered the store to use my birthday and anniversary points. The girl with the red hair looked at me up and down, I asked her how do I get to my points and she kept touching my phone without bothering to ask to handle my personal phone and kept tapping my phone screen impatiently as it was loading. Multiple times in the middle of asking questions regarding the store and deals, she turned her back on me to talk to her other female coworker. It is demonstrative that this store hires employees who have minimal to no work experience in customer service and the business of retail. The store could use better management and maybe on hand training for their first-time jobsters. Looking at the reviews, I see I'm not the only one who's experienced feeling unwelcome; there is no direct response to creating an organized store in terms of professionalism and establishing customer's respect.

I ordered my son some shoes that he wanted and they delivered an empty box!!!!!!! I have been on the phone for hours trying to get ahold of someone to resend or refund my money and nothing!!!!! Went to the store and there isnt anything they can do but call customer service. Sorry for the bad words in video in advance I was just blown away with how this even happend.

Went in store, did not receive any help. Purchased my order online, delivery date changed 4 times. Reached out to customer service and nobody answered, reached out via live chat and did not receive any assistance. Website is horrible. JD Sports needs to get it together! Definitely will not be shopping from here again
