Dr. Langstaff is a good dentist. I have never been a fan of the dentist and have often had dental issues, but since I have to go to the dentist this is a good location to go to.

Only reason for one star is based off the fact that I did like Dr. Langstaff, his root canal specialist and most of his staff. However, the manager, Diane, is rude and extremely unprofessional. My first time at the office was great. They scheduled me a root canal 3 weeks after my initial appointment, but beforehand didn't go over breakdown of costs or anything other than showing up at a given time, which I did find odd. Considering every office I've been to explains the process, gives you a complete breakdown and what will be due the day of. So I was surprised after arriving that they were doing 3 root canals instead of one. It was then that I told the hygienist and dr I wasn't aware of costs and that no one had discussed much of anything at all with me. Meanwhile, they were set up, in the middle of doing xrays, and needles in hand. Diane came in to the room, looking at me briefly, while I'm under distress, stating the teeth they were doing and only conversing with the Dr. Not once addressing costs, what price entails, nothing.. I decided to only do one of the procedures which was a standard $1300-$1500 cash price. I've had procedures done before and this price always included the crown which I was supposed to also get the same day. Glad they annihilated my gums so bad that they couldn't because after the treatment and after she took my money, was when she informed me that the crown was an extra $1300. And I only know that because I asked specifically since I felt some manipulation. I've had root canals, and NEVER has it been $3000 for one tooth. I explained that it was high and I've had enough to know what they typically cost and she had the audacity to tell me I'm "wrong and how it isn't possible, how she's being doing this for years.." My partner tried speaking with her regarding the matter, she proceeded to tell him I was lying which led me to call the office to speak directly to her. For being the manager of a practice, her demeanor and attitude is unprofessional and unacceptable to be representing a dr's office. Not to mention, she managed to email my partner documents which is HIPPAA violation considering 1. I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION 2. We don't have the same lastname, nor are we married 3. I never signed consents stating he has permission to my records 4. Never asked for ID or called me for a verbal consent.

Where do I start on how amazing Dr Langstafff & his staff is and Dr Hadi. They make you feel like family  & always feel very comfortable. Great dental treatment & very professional. Glad I found them.

Been coming here for years. Dr Langstaff and team always do a great job of not just being through and detailed in the process but also educating me on the status of my teeth and  what i should be looking out for and how i can do better to maintain healthy teeth. Diane and Crystal are also super nice and always do an excellent job of scheduling my sessions and following up so that i am well taken care of. Thank you for the awesomeness!
