Club Pilates

I started doing pilates here a few years ago and I'm so grateful for this studio! I struggle with fibromyalgia and it's pretty much in remission now. The all over body movement that pilates provides is the magic. The strength I've obtained is more than I ever expected. The atmosphere in the studio is lovely. I don't feel like I have to measure up to anyone except for myself. The instructors are all superstars!! They actually CARE. They are VERY well trained. I can confirm that because I challenged myself to go through the teacher training program! It's surprising how much they need to know about anatomy and body mechanics. Each class is limited to 12 clients, so the instructor continually watches everyone very closely to make sure they are performing each movement correctly. Emphasis is on safety first. It's a judgement free zone as well. I can't recommend this place more, I've even gotten my adult children to join Club Pilates and you'll see my 80 year old dad in a couple of my pics with me! The membership is definitely pricey but it can't be compared to any "gym" fee. It's an investment in my health and happiness and that is priceless!

I did jiu-jitsu for 5 years and had to stop do to constant knee problems. I have delt with knee and foot pain ever since 2017. After a couple months of pilates I am able to move around with no knee or foot pain. It is shocking to me how I am able to push my body now. This system has given me my fitness back. I just had to get it through my head this is not about going as fast or as hard as you can. Controled movements. Thank you club pilates!
