I called and emailed Nicks and spoke to both Nick and his receptionist to service my Mercedes Metris. They waited until the day of the appointment to ask about my model and said theyd need to order parts, even though I scheduled a regular maintenance over a week in advance. Multiple emails and phone calls have went unanswered trying to reschedule.

I recently had my transmission and other repairs done at Nick's and must say that he and his staff were very professional and friendly. Being Nick's prices were also very reasonable and even with him doing little extras, I stayed within the quoted budget. Being a former mechanic and service manager myself, I'm very impressed with Nick's repair service. Service: Transmission
