        Mr. Schott was very thorough and professional while handling my case. He explained the process/steps at our first meeting with follow-ups/updates along the way. When decisions on how to proceed needed to be made, a few options were presented, with pros and cons, so that I could make an informed decision. This was true all the way through settlement negotiations. As unpleasant as legal matters can be, Mr. Schott was reassuring and put me at ease throughout the entire process. In the end, I feel that a fair settlement was reached and am happy with the results. Would highly recommend Mr. Schott's services.
