We had a basement unit put into our home and Mircea was our contractor and did an amazing job. He was so wonderful, responsive and professional. His pricing is extremely fair and the quality of work is top notch. This was a big project where we had to dig down into the soil to add the unit and it was done with pretty much no big problems. Even after the project has been done, he still will call to check in on us and make sure everything is working properly. He was so wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him!

Installed a Door & Opener for MIC Construction! Mircea was very prompt & professional and even showed up on the job site to check the process. Will definitely deal with him again in the near future!=)

Again there it go Mircea is a gentlemen when you need a costom home done. Wow,, I was amazing by his work and I tell everyone about his wonderfull skills. Whaterver you need in the construction fiel, just give him a call and he will take very good care of it, especially if you demand something exremely custom. He has that gift for what he does that can not be found everywhere and anywehere.

Mircea came highly recommended from our real estate agent and did a terrific job on a partial remodel of our recently purchased Berkeley home.  We needed to add a new bathroom and closet to our master bedroom, remodel an existing bathroom and do some foundation repair.  We decided to live in our house during the construction, despite the significant work we were doing.  Mircea was fantastic throughout the process.  He was incredibly responsive -- always reachable by phone, willing to meet early in the morning and come on weekends.  He also takes great pride in his work, and we appreciated how clean he kept our house throughout.  Mircea is also very trustworthy -- he provided great counsel throughout the process, taking his time to talk us through issues and providing solid advice on how to address problems and save on costs.  Mircea was also very helpful in navigating the permit process with the city, taking charge but always keeping us in the loop.  He also referred to us a great architect and someone to refinish the old (and very large) tub in our bathroom -- both were terrific and very reasonably priced.  In the end our new master suite and remodeled bathroom were just beautiful, and he addressed the foundation issues with incredible skill and thoroughness.  He finished the work very quickly and succeeded in keeping the project on budget.  I highly recommend Mircea and look forward to using him on my own future projects.
