It's amazing that someone would go to the trouble of writing a negative review because they were misinformed as to Dr. Tsai's specialty. My experience was that my regular dentist absolutely pushed me to go to Dr. Tsai because in his words, Dr. Tsai is hte best. I wanted to stay closer to home, but I am so grateful that I made the trek to his office. Years later, the gums that he grafted are strong and healthy. I am back for more because instead of replacing my veneers (which is painful and expensive), Dr. Tsai can simply add more gum tissue to protect my teeth. So much easier, cheaper and less painful. He IS the best.

First time having a cleaning at Dr. Tsais office. I previously had an oral procedure consultation with Dr. Tsai last year but this was my first visit to the other office. It was very easy to schedule a cleaning appointment over the phone and they were able to accommodate me with an earlier date once available. I appreciate that the staff addresses me using Dr. The office is very clean and bright. The front desk staff member was nice. My appointment started on time and the standard cleaning lasted about 45 mins. The staff member that did the cleaning was very professional and friendly. I really liked how they give patients the good quality toothbrushes, toothpaste, and Cocofloss products. I plan on getting my teeth cleaning done here every 6 months since Dr. Tsai will be doing my oral surgery. I also go to Dr. Darryl Burkes office for cleanings in between (therefore, I get a cleaning every 3 months).

Dr. Tsai goes beyond what a general dentist will do. I'm glad I found him and his fine staff to help me deal with more complicated teeth, gum and bone issues that weren't being addressed for me elsewhere.
