        Poor customer service. There charging cords dont last and even tho your cord is in warranty they will look for away to get you to pay for another cord. Apple is one of the MOST unethical companies in America/ whatever other countries they are exploiting. My 5 year old couldnt use the restroom. Typical their restroom is always available to customers. The rep heard my 5 year older crying to go to the restroom and he pointed for us to go down the the street.
