Kiki Brows , Walnut Creek

I have been here several times since I moved to the area for eyebrow tinting and threading. I have had great experiences with Kiki and Sheila. Another woman did my eyebrows today who was very nice, but did a TERRIBLE JOB. She made my eyebrows so uneven. One of my eyebrows is way thinner than the other, and she was trying to blame it on my eyebrow shape??? I have never had this problem before and am incredibly disappointed. Sheila tried her best to fix them, but there wasn't much she could do after the fact.

I went to Kiki for my microblade She is the best , I got lots of compliments On my lashes too Love that place so clean , all the girls are wonderful From the recipients to the owner Cant wait to go back

Come here to get my upper lip threaded all the time. Quick and easy service that takes less than 2 minutes. The lady there was very nice and was patient with me and handled me nicely. The only downside is I would not think a small bit of string and 1 minute of your time would cost 10 dollars!! But I guess people have to make their living so... Big slay

I come here every two weeks for last few months. However i accidentally misplaced my rewards card bc I changed my wallet. I kindly asked for another rewards card for her to punch and asked her if she could put my previous services on there since I've come a bunch. They all know me (they literally talk to me and know my name and ask how's I've been since last time I've come) since i come regularly. She said i would have to start from zero again and said no she wouldn't be able to put my previous services on the card. I was honestly in disbelief because i come every two weeks and didn't want to start rewards from zero again l. I asked her if i can just show her my credit card statement so she could see I've come and add those services to the punch card. She said no. I mean how stingey can you be? Lost a weekly/biweekly customer because you refused to add a few past services to a rewards card after me explaining i accidently misplaced it?? I asked nicely and explained situation and even offered to show my statements so she could verify it. Never had anyone do that anyplace else I've been. Won't be returning because clearly they don't really care about returning customers. If you misplace your card or leave it at home don't bother they don't care.
