Dmitri installed a bathroom exhaust fan for me. He is efficient and very easy to work with. He communicated when conditions changed mid-project and helped come up with great design solutions. He deals in a very professional manner, and I will be contacting him for jobs in the future.

We just completed a full Master bedroom / bathroom remodeling thru Dmitri company and Im happy to rate his job with 5 stars and highly recommend him based on bullets below: He was always on time, he never missed a day without a warning. Keep project moving to completed in expected time. After hearing many stories that owners are chasing contractors to complete unfinished jobs, you would not be one of them with Dimitri! His estimates were detailed, reasonably priced and honest no hidden fees. Whatever been discussed and agreed before beginning the project, remains the same during and after end of the project. All jobs that been done by Dimitri and his team was high quality and according to construction codes and regulations. All City inspections had been passed from a first try! No matter how good your plans are, but remodeling existing house, may bring some surprises and challenges. With Dimitris experience and creativity, we easily overcome all challenges. Anis Construction built our bedroom, living room addition also renovated the kitchen and bathroom. Their architect prepared all the drawings, engineering calculations and pulled the city permit. Dmitri, the manager, made the schedule so it would work with ours. He was at the job site every day, supervising his team. They were very neat, precise and following the schedule. We had some changes on our windows, doors and kitchen design during the construction and Dmitri was always very attentive to our desires and fulfilled them as much as possible, so everything would be in accordance with standards and codes. The job was very smooth and they finished it in three and a half months exactly as planned. We were very happy working with Anis Construction, we will definitely hire them again and would recommend to anyone.
