Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. I love the Embassy Suites brand in general. Our stay was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are huge 2 room suites. We stayed in a pure wellness room and it smelled clean and felt clean throughout our stay. The bedding is cosy and warm, and we loved that I could be watching TV in the bedroom while my significant other could watch something else on the TV in the sitting room area. We did not use the BART but noticed the station was right outside. One downside was I could hear it going by from the room, though not super loud. There was no parking lot, only valet, I know a lot of people might not like that. The breakfast was good with made to order omelettes, as well as other typical breakfast options. I wish breakfast finished later but its understandable as this seems to be more of a business district where people have work and meetings past 9am. We missed the evening reception both days of our stay. Fortunately Reem at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us and assure we had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel feels newer and more modern than other embassy suites Ive stayed at. It was missing the lush, green, waterfall type atrium in the middle, but otherwise, the newness of the hotel made up for it and modern furniture in the atrium looked nice. Thank you for a marvellous stay.

Located right off the freeway. Valet parking only. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good as expected, except their pancake/omelet station only had one cook. So the line gets pretty long. Their manager's happy hour was less than average. They only had two options for beers, and you only get two free drinks. Other Embassy suites were unlimited drinks with more food available (see my other reviews). One of the elevators was broken the whole time. They only had two working elevators my entire stay, so waiting time was a priblem. Rooms: Clean room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Food & drinks: Full bar inside the hotel. Managers special is from 5;30-7pm. Two free drinks only per person. Noteworthy details: Valet parking only

I really love this hotel. I have stayed here multiple times. Unfortunately at the beginning of my trip there were no rooms available. I moved midway through a 10 day trip as the accommodations were superior to the Concord Hilton. Staff is super helpful and the food is delicious. One thing that was concerning was watching how poorly people treat the bartenders during the complimentary drink hour. Mario is great under pressure and took all the poor behavior I observed like a real professional. The drink is free you should still tip for the service people. He remembered me from my last trip in January and really made some great food suggestions. I will definitely be back here for my next work trip. Rooms: Comfortable and loved being able to do my laundry over the weekend. Food & drinks: Delicious steak and blackened catfish.
