Nicole was willing to help me find a house to rent for my family and I at no charge. Just out of being kind. My husband and I already had a loan in the process that we decided to put on hold but after looking at houses to rent vs a mortgage we decided that buying was a better option. Because Nicole was so nice we decided to use her as our realtor. We had a bad experience with a previous realtor and we voiced those concerns to Nicole. Nicole has gone above and beyond for my family, she has communicated during the whole entire process which was most important to us. She showed up at every apartment and took us to see houses after work and on the weekends. She has made herself available to talk to at any time of the day or night and has thoroughly explained every step of the home buying process to us. I cannot speak more highly of her. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
