        He deliberately misled me and made me think he could help, but he was dishonest about a loan program I very specifically discussed with him. It felt deceitful and ultimately he ran a hard inquiry of my credit (knowing that they would not help us with the type of loan we were hoping to qualify for) and we have no home loan and at the very end of the process, the last text he sent me after several days of being unresponsive was that Guild doesnt support the home loan program we had been pursuing. A waste of a month and brought my credit score down for nothing. I would NOT recommend Chas, he did not help me one bit.
