Queen's Nails

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Terrible service! My daughter has been going in there for acrylic nails for the last 6 months. She went in today to get her nails done for her birthday. She was unhappy because one of the nails was crooked. She asked them to fix it. They refused to fix it. Instead, they removed all the polish off her nails and told her to leave that they already spend an hour on her nails and they wouldnt be spending anymore time on her nails. I requested they just remove the nails then and she said no we cant I dont have any more time. DO NOT RISK GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE HERE.

I really like this place! I've had so many pedicures in all price ranges, and I rarely find them relaxing, even the massage leaves something to be desired at most places. I've been to Queens Nails 3 times and each time had a different nail tech, and each of them has been truly wonderful. They really go above and beyond at Queen's Nails. This isn't just nail care, this is self care. I highly recommend!

6/28/23Great place Jinju did my toes today The best pedicure. Time and patience with the Zen pedi. Dip on fingers from Jenny always great Today 8/21. Zen pedicure. Wonderful 9/8/23 Upped my game and went up one notch on pedicure. Extra massage. Hot wax and perfectly wonderful. thank you Kathy. Jenny love my nails too 10/30.another wonderful dipped mani.
