    This auto shop is outstanding. I have been a long time customer for a reason! They are knowledgable and friendly. The prices are really reasonable, in fact I went in this morning for a minor issue and they didn't even charge me. They have taken care of huge complex engine problems for me and never missed a beat. I really appreciate them. Quick and easy to get an appointment!

    Absolutely terrible. During summer of 2018, I towed my 2004 VW for an engine replacement and got a defective engine that failed shortly after it was installed, which was close to a year after Mike Roesbery bought and charged me for the defective engine plus the labor cost to install. They didnt test the engine or offer any refunds for the poor work, wasted time, mistreatment, etc. Mike said he wasnt liable for any of it because it wasnt his fault the engine was defective. He passed the buck to his sister shop in Danville who shut down in 2019. Plus the former-owner Mike Rosebery, was very rude and almost yelling at me that I didnt feel comfortable trying to talk to him after all of the problems. For 8 months the car sat untouched in their shop parking lot without any work done with promises to start on the work the next week and very soon, etc. I suspect this wasnt a highly profitable job and thats why he kept pushing it out. Then the heavy rains came that November and December, and my VW got absolutely water logged despite many phone calls asking them to come up with a solution to close the sunroof. After a surprising call on a Friday afternoon about a little mold on the front seat, I visited late Friday evening after the shop was closed, on an intuitive hunch that something wasnt right. I found a detailer there vacuuming out the gallons of water and realized I had arrived when he was almost done cleaning and covering up the massive water damage. I quickly took a few photos of the water damage. Again I was lied to about why there was mold in the car now and why I needed to pay to have it professionally cleaned which would help beautify the interior as well. As background, I had asked for help to replace or seal the sunroof several months prior to protect the car, but the prior owner Mike Roseberry, said flat out he didnt care and nothing would happen to it under his watch. It was one negotiation and negative experience after the other. I talked to him about the engine failure and he said talk to the wholesaler. By the time I was able to put the pieces together on the engine failure, my legal recourse, and so on, the public Covid pandemic hit. There wasnt anything I could do at that point except file a small court claims lawsuit which is a lot of expense and headache. Dont trust this shop with a more complex need. He will lie, mislead, and cheat if something is not in his interest rather than doing a proper assessment upfront and communicating openly, simply, and transparently.
