Signature has been an absolute pleasure to work with! They have just finished up with exterior painting on a 2nd property of ours and has started on a 3rd property! They provide weekly updates of the on-going progress and we are extremely thankful to have a great line of communication, as well as quality work! If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This company is probably about to lose their business license. They did such a terrible job on 15 community town homes in our gated community that we individually and then collectively reported them to the State licensing board. Do not waste your money and time. Look for other businesses that have a proven track record. After having their work assessed by the State they recommend that we get our money refunded and hire another contractor to redo the work.
